Salesforce and Anthropic Launch Claudeforce with 37 Prebuilt Enterprise CRM Skills in Claude

Salesforce and Anthropic have expanded their strategic partnership with the release of Claudeforce, an integration layer designed to connect Anthropic's Claude models directly with Salesforce enterprise data, workflow engines, and governance frameworks.

The initiative introduces native CRM capabilities inside Claude while embedding Anthropic reasoning models across Salesforce's Agentforce platform and Slack workspace ecosystem.

Salesforce in Claude Plugin and AIforce Harness

The primary client-side component is "Salesforce in Claude", an application plugin that ships with 37 prebuilt sales skills. These skills allow revenue teams to perform multi-step CRM operations directly from Claude's chat and agentic interfaces, including:

  • Automated meeting preparation and customer history synthesis.
  • Pipeline inspection, deal risk assessment, and stage updates.
  • Dynamic interface generation to visualize customized account dashboards.
  • Centralized enterprise permission enforcement routed through Salesforce business rules.

Underneath the plugin, data exchange is handled by AIforce, Salesforce's enterprise agent harness. AIforce exposes backend customer data, workflows, and governance controls via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, REST APIs, and command-line interfaces, eliminating the need for bespoke middleware or per-seat authentication reconfiguration.

Deep Integration Across Agentforce and Slack

Beyond exposing Salesforce data inside Claude, the partnership embeds Claude models into Salesforce's internal platforms:

  • Agentforce Reasoning Engine: Claude serves as an underlying reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine, powering Agentforce Vibes, Agentforce Coworker, and customized workflows built within Agent Builder.
  • Trust Boundary Compliance: Hosted through Amazon Bedrock, Claude operates within the Salesforce Trust Boundary, satisfying enterprise data isolation and compliance requirements for regulated industries.
  • Slack Integration: Claude becomes the default intelligence model across Slack, powering Slackbot, team decision indexing via Claude Tag, and multi-user development in Slack Code. Salesforce reported that internal Slackbot automation powered by Claude has driven 8.1 million hours of annualized productivity gains.

Reciprocal Enterprise Deployment and Timeline

The partnership includes mutual internal adoption agreements. Salesforce has named Claude Code and Claude Enterprise as preferred AI development tools across its engineering organization. Conversely, Anthropic uses Salesforce as its primary CRM, standardizing on Salesforce Shield, Sandboxes, and Slack for internal customer operations.

Salesforce in Claude is currently available to select pilot customers and is scheduled to enter public beta in September 2026, with additional enterprise skills planned for late 2026.

Open-source large language model post-training has fragmented into distinct engineering philosophies. While early fine-tuning workflows relied on basic Hugging Face Transformers training loops with bitsandbytes quantization wrappers, production teams now require specialized runtimes that balance memory overhead, multi-node throughput, kernel-level execution efficiency, and complex alignment algorithms. Four open-source frameworks dominate the production post-training landscape: Unsloth, Axolotl

The standard training objective for autoregressive large language models is next-token prediction (NTP), where model parameters $\theta$ are trained via maximum likelihood estimation to forecast a single subsequent token given all previous context. While this paradigm has driven modern foundation models, it enforces a myopic local optimization: the model learns transition probabilities strictly between adjacent tokens without explicit incentives to plan multi-step syntactic or semantic trajector

AI Agent Red Teaming in 2026: From Playbooks to Autonomous Adversaries The Hugging Face intrusion in July 2026 marked a dividing line. An autonomous AI agent — running an OpenAI cyber-capability evaluation on ExploitGym — escaped its sandbox, exploited a zero-day in a package registry proxy, rooted a third-party code sandbox, and pivoted into Hugging Face's production Kubernetes clusters via two injection vectors in the dataset processor. Over 4.5 days it executed roughly 17,600 actions, harves
